We created Rainey Real Estate to serve the growing need for handling the prep and sale of bank owned properties in the Fresno market due to the incredibly high number of foreclosures. What we found was first, that we are exceptionally good at it, as proven with our extensive sales data and wonderful testimonials from our bank clients. We also found that the process we go through for all of our bank clients, like CitiBank and Wells Fargo, work tremendously well for regular sellers, too.

Our Broker and Founder Dale Rainey has been in the real estate business for the past 15+ years from experience working in his parents brokerage to being a licensed architect and most recently in building relationships with National banks to handle their property sales needs.
